I have read this article about Heart Disease. I found out information that I had no knowledge of. Heart Disease and High Blood Pressure does run in my family. This just gives me a general outlook of heart disease.

High blood pressure also runs in my family, so it is important that we begin to research more about it. We could get important information that could be so helpful for us. We would be able to prevent it for ourselves, but also we would be able to help our family to manage it!
